How do I book an appointment?
Tap any "Book" button on this page or "Book an Appointment" in the header — it opens our Visibook scheduler where you pick a stylist, time, and confirm with a card on file.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window or no-shows are charged 50% of the service price.
Do I need to bring my own hair for extensions?
No — we stock human hair bundles and closures in-store and online. Let us know your preferred texture and length when booking and we'll have it ready.
How far in advance should I book bridal services?
We recommend booking your trial 2-3 months ahead of the wedding date, especially for Saturdays, which fill up fastest.
Can I purchase products separately from a service?
Yes — everything in our Shop is available with or without an appointment, and clients get a stylist recommendation card at checkout.
